The package is subject to developer and council approval prior to a nominated builder obtaining a building permit. Any alteration made to the package may incur additional charges. Illustrations in brochures depict upgrade options including lights, entry door, timber look garage door, timber windows and flat profile roof tiles (available at an additional cost). Investmark does not provide any landscaping, window furnishings or fencing (unless otherwise stated in nominated “turnkey” packages). You should refer to your full working drawings for full details of your home design. Investmark reserves the right to vary the prices or inclusions at any time without further notice. All prices for house and land packages are correct at time of printing.
